Privacy Policy
Effective: September 29, 2026
1. Who we are
TrulySovereign LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates TrulySovereign.com. This policy covers this website only. Our ventures that run on their own domains have their own policies.
2. What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the contact form:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name, if you give one
- The subject you pick and the message you write
We do not run our own analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set advertising cookies. Our hosting provider's visitor counter is described in the next section. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or health information.
If you hide the site guide, your browser remembers that choice in its own local storage as a single on/off setting. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing this site's data removes it. Questions typed into the guide stay in the open tab and are not stored.
3. What others may see when you visit
Loading any website shares some technical data with the services that deliver it. For this site that means:
- Our hosting provider, which serves the pages, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested), and loads a small script of its own on every page to count visits and page views. We see those counts in aggregate. We do not add any tracking script of our own.
- radar.trulysovereign.com, our own RADAR service, which supplies the live feed shown on the RADAR tool page.
The RADAR digest is a separate service at radar.trulysovereign.com with its own sign-up; this site does not collect that address.
4. How we use it
We use contact-form submissions to read and reply to your message, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information.
5. Where it is stored and who processes it
Contact-form submissions are stored in a managed cloud database run by a third-party provider on our behalf, with access limited to us. We may also use an email-delivery service to notify us that a new message has arrived; that notification contains the contents of your submission. These providers process the data only to provide their service to us.
6. How long we keep it
We keep a contact-form submission for as long as the conversation it started is active, and delete it within 24 months of the last exchange unless we need it to meet a legal obligation.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
Send the request through the contact form with the subject "Employer or other inquiry" and the email address you originally used. We will act on it within 30 days.
8. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to this policy
If what this site collects changes, we will update this page and its effective date before the change goes live.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy go through the contact form.
